Tell us about your project
Share your name, email and phone number. We’ll send our project questionnaire so you can tell us about your home, ideas, timing and expectations in your own time.

Meet ’n greet
We meet on site, obligation free, to discuss your desired outcomes, design inspiration, vision, timing, budget and quality expectations.

Design and plan
Bring your own plans, or we can recommend a draftsperson or architect suited to your project. We collaborate as a team to shape the best design response.

Cost estimate
We prepare a budget estimate or quotation that clearly identifies site works and the inclusions considered for your project.

Cost acceptance
Together, we work through any changes or additions and confirm your approval before the project progresses.

Signing of contracts
We prepare a standard Master Builders Association contract, develop the project timeline and arrange a commencement date.

Construction begins
Work gets underway with regular progress updates, direct access to Greg and coordinated site meetings to keep the build aligned.
- 08
Handover
We complete a detailed inspection with you, address outstanding items and arrange the required third-party inspections for occupation.
- 09
Maintenance period
Our involvement does not end at handover. We attend to any issues requiring rectification during the defects liability period.
